Thank you for supporting Studio Foon. Every piece is handmade with care, and we do our best to get your order to you safely and promptly.
Processing Times
All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Gisborne, New Zealand.
In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days of purchase.
We’ll always notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Some items may have a flat rate applied.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Orders are packed with care using sustainable or recyclable materials wherever possible.
Our ceramics are fragile, and we do our best to ensure they arrive intact and beautiful.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received your tracking email after a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@studiofoon.com.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll do our best to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
